Processing Time:

Please note that some items may take longer if the supplier needs extra time to prepare them.

Shipping Times:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

U.S. Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available at checkout)

International Shipping: 14–30 business days (varies by country)

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! Because our items are shipped directly from suppliers, our return policy is a little different than traditional stores.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number.

Returns:

We currently do not accept returns for items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
